Classes- 1. L#1&2 Ride-A-Buck- Bareback 2. L#3&4Canter Ride-A- Buck Bareback 3. Hoofers 3-Legged Race (Partner Required) 4. L#1&2 Timed Obstacle Course 5. L#3&4 Timed Obstacle Course 6. Hoofers Timed Obstacle Course 7.L#1&2 Egg & Spoon Race 8. L#3&4 Egg & Spoon Race 9 Hoofers Egg Toss (Partner Required) 10. L#1&2 Simon Says 11. L#3&4 Simon Says 12. Team Tug-O- War (Teams will be assigned) Awards- Prize & Ribbon for 1st, Ribbons 2nd-5th. Entry Fees-Horse Classes- $5.00 per class. Hoofers- (Horseless, on your feet) -$1.00 per class, no late fee.
School horse fee- $2.00 per class for use of school horse & tack. First-paid, first- reserved Required Attire for riders- ASTM Helmets, boots, sleeved shirt and long pants required for all riders. No show attire, shorts, tennis shoes, tank/halter/tube tops allowed. Level #1 & 2 riders may not enter the Level 3 &4 classes. Level #3& 4 riders may not enter Level #1 & 2 classes. Hoofers may also ride. Riding entries are limited to current CRK Training Stable clients. Friends and family members may enter "Hoofer" classes. All patterns and courses will be posted the morning of the show. Riders using school horses must groom and saddle their horses. BBQ, Cooking Contest Entry & Rules June 29, 2008 1:00- 4:00 PM Prizes include Trophies to 1st and ribbons to 3rd place in each category (+ bragging rights). No entry fee, but you must sign up using the entry form below. For a $5.00 donation CRK Stable will provide hot dogs, condiments, a plate, napkin, fork, soft drinks and a voting token for each category. All proceeds will be donated to the "On My Own But Not Alone Foundation", a non-profit group providing help to widows, widowers and their children. Categories- Cold Side Dishes, Hot Side Dishes, Desserts & Kids Kookin’ 1. You may enter all categories, but only one entry per category. 2. Kids Kookin’ is for children 17 years and under. All entries must be home-made by the person entering. Minimal adult help allowed as needed for safety. ( Parents, we’re going to trust you here) 3. You may use a mix as part of your recipe, but must add additional ingredients to make the recipe your own. 4. Popular vote will determine the winners in each category. Each contestant must bring a basket or container for their "voting tokens". 5. All food may be presented any way you want to get more votes. Be creative! Please bring enough food to feed 15-20 people along with serving utensils. You will be presenting your own food so you can talk about it and encourage votes. You may bring copies of your recipe if you desire. 6. Minimal table space will be available. If you have a table and chair, please bring them. 7. Food must be kept at the correct serving temperature by the contestant. (Hot food hot, cold foods cold) Minimal electricity is available. No portable ovens please! Ice chests are welcome. Label your items. 8. Be creative and have fun! |
